What Kukuu project is about?
The Kukuu project is based on the idea of reconnecting people with Nature, rediscovering ancient local traditions to improve the conditions of modern life.
Supporting local, environmentally sustainable businesses to minimise their impact on the environment, and educating local communities to improve health through a plant-based diet and regain harmony, love and respect for ourselves, others and the entire planet.
What does “Kukuu” even means?
Kukuu - 九空
is a Japanese word and it contains two ideograms with multiple meanings. It condenses everything we wanted to express around healthy foods in the physical and spiritual senses.

Everything about Kukuu project has started to unfold in the Azorean Arcipelago which consists in 9 islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

Hi! I am Stefania, an HMI Certified Health Coach and Holistic Health Therapist, with15 years of experience as a plant-based Chef and an in-depth knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Macrobiotic philosophy and natural remedies.
I am native italian but from 2022 I moved to Graciosa island, a little gem of the Azorean Archipelago. In this wonderful isolated environment I started to expand my Kukuu project about supporting people from all over the world that are ready to experience true healing through good food, reconnection with Nature and finding their purpose.
Kukuu offers more than just a vacation immersed in the lashing wild nature of the “Hawaii of Europe” aka Azores, but a complete RESET of body, mind and spirit. Are you ready to experience your personal Reset?
