But for us it was different, we really wanted to be of service and provide high-quality meals, just like working on another dimension where the most important thing is focusing on the final experience our customers lives while eating at our place.

The founder - Vegan Trainer: Stefania Daniele

Hi, I’m Stefania

I was born and raised in Italy in a vegetarian family and we all became vegan after my teenage years. 

My parents have been pioneers of macrobiotic philosophy and plant-based cuisine in Italy and in 1992 they created the first fully plant-based cooking school in Tuscany aka “Gioia di vivere”. 

I run the the foreign section of all the Vegan Certificate programs we were offering from 2008 to 2022. I was honoured to teach the best plant-based version of delicious recipes to students coming from all over the world. 

Lots of my Certified students have opened and are successfully running vegan Bakeries, Plant-based Cafés, hosting vegan cooking courses both online and in person. 

In 2015 I have been a mentor of the most important Fitness Centre in my area and created weekly menus for their Green Bar which was a great opportunity to let them offer more plant-based foods to athletes and sports lovers.

In 2021 I created and hosted a 4 days italian plant-based culinary workshop at a Vegan Community Cookery School in London. 

On June 1st of 2023 I opened with my husband a Plant-Based and organic Café, Amuní Green Bar, in Graciosa Island, Azores PT which is the best rated local Café according to our client’s reviews.
